专家简介
马慧朋,女,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,卫生检验教研室副主任。2013年于中国科学院大连化学物理研究所生物技术部获博士学位。同年入职大连医科大学检验医学院,从事微流控芯片在生物医学方面的基础研究工作。2017作为高级访问学者赴澳大利亚迪肯大学进行交流活动。主持一项国家级课题、多项省市级课题。近年来,以第一作者或通讯作者发表英文SCI学术论文20余篇,申请多项发明专利,授权发明专利一项。
研究方向
基于微流控芯片技术构建仿生肿瘤微环境平台,通过三维共培养模拟体内肿瘤生长状态及细胞间互作,精准重现肿瘤特征。以此为基础,深入探索中药活性成分对肿瘤微环境的调控机制,为肿瘤治疗新靶点的开发及中药现代化研究提供可靠的技术平台与理论依据。
