贾莉

专家简介

贾莉,医学博士,教授,博士生导师。2010年获得高校日元贷款计划资助赴日本产业技术综合研究所糖科学研究中心从事关于糖链与肿瘤耐药性之间关系的研究,访问学者。辽宁省特聘教授、辽宁省“百千万人才工程”百人层次优秀人才,辽宁省高等学校优秀人才。主要从事临床检验诊断学、肿瘤糖生物学等研究。作为主要学术骨干参加国家重要基础研究发展计划项目(973计划:2012CB822103,糖链对肿瘤细胞生物学行为的影响及机制研究)1项;主持国家自然基金面上项目4项(医学检验专业)、辽宁省自然基金2项、辽宁省教育厅项目2项、辽宁省高等学校优秀科技人才支持计划1项、辽宁省高层次人才资助项1项、大连市横向课题2项;获得大连医科大学首届英才支持计划1项。获得辽宁省科技进步一等奖1项、二等奖1项。以通讯作者或第一作者在Oncogene、Mol Cell Proteomics和Cell Death and Disease等国际期刊发表SCI收录论文51篇,总影响因子312.7。产品开发所申请的五项专利已在网上公开。编写教材《临床基础检验学》、《临床基础检验学学习指导和习题集》;参编《最新血液骨髓诊断学多媒体图谱》、《最新脱落细胞病理诊断学多媒体图谱》、《当代针细脱落细胞诊断学多媒体图谱》等专著8部。培养硕士生、博士生、博士后等30余人。培养的研究生分别获得2013年、2014年、2017年辽宁省优秀硕士论文。

研究方向

主要致力于糖链在肿瘤发生、发展及耐药性中的变化规律及其功能机制的研究。研究方向包括:肿瘤发生、发展及耐药相关糖类物质标志物的筛选及鉴定;白血病干细胞天然耐药性糖生物学研究。
